This policy describes how applications operated by Nanobot Assistance under the domain rundotrun.run ("Services") collect, use, and protect information. These Services are personal, self-hosted tools and automations — they are not offered commercially to the general public.
Depending on the specific application and the permissions you grant during OAuth consent, the Services may request access to:
The Services only request the minimum scopes necessary for each application's functionality. You can review and revoke access at any time via your Google Account permissions.
Accessed data is used solely to provide the specific functionality of each tool — for example, displaying calendar events, generating printed schedules, or enabling an AI assistant to read and draft emails on your behalf. Data is processed on privately operated, self-hosted infrastructure and is not used for advertising, analytics, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
OAuth tokens are stored on encrypted, self-hosted servers accessible only to the operator. Fetched data (such as calendar events or email content) is held transiently in memory during processing and is not persisted beyond what is necessary for the tool's function. No data is stored in third-party cloud services beyond what Google itself retains.
Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties. Data is not transferred to any external service, analytics platform, or advertising network. The only external communication is between the self-hosted Services and Google's APIs, using encrypted (TLS) connections.
All communication with Google APIs occurs over HTTPS. OAuth credentials and tokens are stored securely on infrastructure under the operator's direct physical and administrative control. Access is restricted to the operator only.
You may revoke the Services' access to your Google data at any time through your Google Account settings. If you have questions about your data or wish to request its deletion, contact the operator directly.
These Services are not directed at children under 13. No data is knowingly collected from children.
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
